Professional members specialize in areas of expertise known as “specialty designations.” When initially applying for Professional membership, consultants must apply for at least one of the four specialty designations (College, Schools, Therapeutic, Graduate School).

There are numerous opportunities to get involved with the association, some on the local level (regional groups) and some on the national level (conference planning), and at varied levels of responsibility and time commitment.

IECA offers associate and professional members the opportunity to work with a mentor at any time during their consultancy. The Mentoring Program is a signature benefit of our Association.
